Refund Policy

We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Mega Lash Academy. We think you'll love it too, however, we know things aren't always meant to be. 

We gladly accepts returns on all products that is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased price.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment card. The refund amount of gift card purchases will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be emailed to the customer who placed the order. For orders paid with both a gift card and credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited to a gift card.

 

Return Instructions

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

Mega Lash Academy must be notified via email within 14 days of delivery date. We will not issue a refund if you don’t have your RMA paper (Return merchandise authorization), or it has been longer than 14 days since the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused and resalable condition with labels and tags attached. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. 

Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.

Once we receive and have inspected the item, we’ll notify you via email the approval or rejection of your return. 

For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value. 

 

Exclusions

Liquid products, including remover, adhesives, bonders and primers are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on items purchased during a promotion, e.g, Doorbusters, BOGO and/or Not Up To Par Sale. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

  

Exchanges

As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your earliest convenience by placing an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until we've processed your refund.
