International Shipping Disclaimer

For a limited time, we’re covering ALL taxes and duties on your order! That means no more unexpected fees at checkout—just pay for shipping, and we’ll handle the rest.

We use FedEx, UPS and DHL Express to ship your order, you will receive your order anywhere from 3-20 business days from the date that it shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Please be advised, when a package is shipped internationally (in this case, outside of the United States), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Please note Mega Lash Academy ships your package DDU, means "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES
  • Duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
  • Mega Lash Academy does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the U.S, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Mega Lash Academy.
If you refuse to receive the package due to additional charges by the customs, we will not issue a refund for the cost of product(s) unless the package is returned to us in its original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.

    • Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
    • Mega Lash Academy cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
