Returns & Exchange
We take great pride in the products we create at Mega Lash Academy and truly hope you love them as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things do not work out.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Eligible items may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging (if applicable)
• In the same condition as received
Once your return request is approved, the items must be shipped back within 10 days. Our inventory moves quickly to support lash artists who rely on timely restocks, so returning items promptly helps us keep products available for everyone.
Mega Lash Academy reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items do not meet the conditions above.
If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund and the product was sent back to our warehouse regardless (item was used, promade lash strips sizes got mixed up or missing, etc.), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you. Otherwise, your item will be discarded or donated. If you're unsure of the quality of your return, please reach out to our team to confirm at support@megalashacademy.com
Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with our policies.
Package Protection & Return Coverage (Re:do Checkout+)
We partner with Re:do to offer an easier return and exchange experience.
If Re:do is included on your order, you will have access to a simple return portal with included return shipping and faster processing.
If you opt out of Re:do during checkout, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and returns will follow our standard policy.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Liquid products including cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, and similar items
• Sale items or products discounted before a promo code is applied, including: wholesale items, doorbusters, BOGO promotions, Clearance items, Not Up To Par items
These purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please note that original shipping fees and shipping insurance (Package Protection) are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center
Returns requested due to change of mind or reasons unrelated to a product defect will incur a 10% restocking fee based on the purchase value.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method:
• Credit or debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card
• Gift card purchases will be refunded to a new gift card sent via email
• If an order was paid using both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to a gift card
