Returns & Exchange
We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Mega Lash Academy. We think you'll love it, too, however, we know things aren't always meant to be.
We offer returns within 14 days from the delivery date. You can exchange your product, return your product for store credit, or get a refund to the original payment method.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and packaged in the original boxes (if applicable).
After your return request is approved, kindly send back the items within 10 days. Our inventory turnover is rapid to meet the timely supply needs of our lash artists. Returning items promptly enables us to replenish our stock and accommodate new inventory, ensuring our ongoing availability of products.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests and only reimburse items if the above requirements are met.
If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund and the product was sent back to our warehouse regardless (item was used, promade lash strips sizes got mixed up or missing, etc.), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you. Otherwise, your item will be discarded or donated. If you're unsure of the quality of your return, please reach out to our team to confirm at support@megalashacademy.com
Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with our policies.
Return Coverage via Re:do
Online orders are given the option of purchasing $1.98 for return coverage via Re:do. This protection offers a FREE return shipping label should a customer need to return their item(s).
When selected, we will cover your return shipping label for an exchange or return for store credits on the entire order (no matter how many products you add). We will also cover the shipping fee for the exchange. If you choose to receive a refund instead, you will be charged the return shipping label fee.
If you do not select Return coverage, or Re:do when placing your order, you will not be eligible for Free Exchanges and Return for store credit. You will have to cover the return shipping fee and exchange fee.
The Free Exchanges and Return for store credit for $1.98 offer is only available at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed after your order is fulfilled.
Exclusions
Any shipping cost and shipping insurance (Package Protection) associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
The following categories are not returnable or exchangeable:
- Liquid products, including cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, etc.
- Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), including Imperfect, Doorbusters, BOGO, Clearance and/or Not Up To Par, etc.
All sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Return & Exchange Process

Returns that are due to a change of mind or not resulting from a manufacturer defect will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchased value.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment card. The refund amount of gift card purchases will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be emailed to the customer who placed the order. For orders paid with both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited to a gift card.
