All orders come with Checkout+ (by Re:do), unless removed by the customer before or during checkout. If you choose to check out without Checkout+, Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

In rare cases, orders may be flagged for additional verification. Orders valued over $700 may require ID verification before shipment. If verification is required, our team will contact you within 1 business day. If the requested verification is not received within 5 days, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method. Mega Lash Academy reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be verified.

Delivery Times

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes up to 1 business day to process your order, after which we will ship your package. We may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience delays. Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

*UPS services are not available to P.O. Boxes and typically do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Mega Lash Academy cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and does not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their estimated delivery window.

Note: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS).

Checkout+ (by Re:do)

Checkout+ is automatically added at checkout. It includes package protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit, plus free returns and exchanges. The fee is based on order value and can be removed before checkout if you prefer.

If you check out without Checkout+, Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Checkout+ is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after an order has shipped.

Claims may be denied in cases of suspected fraud or if delivery confirmation (GPS or photo) shows the package was delivered to the address provided.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
• Orders canceled after shipment must follow our Return Policy
• Orders refused at delivery may incur cancellation and return fees

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your lash supplies to you ASAP!

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to sender. We understand that that means your lash supplies will arrive to you very late and not in time when you need them. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping, Checkout+ fee (if any) and a 15% processing fee.

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address when placing your order.

Orders Without Checkout+

Once a package shows delivery confirmation to the address provided, Mega Lash Academy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you checked out without Checkout+, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Packages will not be reshipped or refunded if they are marked delivered and the order did not include Checkout+.

We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You can choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging, with all lash strips in their original places

Once your return is approved, please ship it back within 10 days.

Items That Can't Be Returned

These items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Liquid products, such as cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, and removers
• Sale items, meaning anything discounted before a promo code is applied. This includes wholesale, Doorbuster, BOGO, Clearance, Imperfect, and Not Up To Par items.
• Personalized or engraved items
• Subscription orders
• Gift cards
• Digital products

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at support@megalashacademy.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos.

Restocking Fee

Change-of-mind returns refunded to your original payment method have a 10% restocking fee based on the price you paid.

There's no restocking fee on exchanges or returns for store credit.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges and Checkout+ are non-refundable.
• Any return shipping cost is shown in our Returns Center when you start your return.
• If you got free shipping and your return brings the items you keep below $125, we'll take the standard shipping cost out of your refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Go to our Returns Center and submit your request.
2. Once it's approved, ship your items back within 10 days, using a tracked shipping method.
3. We're not responsible for returns that are lost on their way back to us, so keep your tracking number.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

• Card payments: refunded to your original card
• Gift card payments: refunded to a new gift card, sent by email
• Card and gift card combined: refunded to a gift card

Returns That Don't Qualify

If you send back an item that doesn't qualify (for example, it's been used, or lash strips are mixed up or missing), you won't get a refund. You can pay the shipping cost to have it sent back to you. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, the item will be discarded or donated.

Customers in the European Union

If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use this right, submit a withdrawal request here.

You pay the cost of returning the items. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, or once we receive the items or proof that you've sent them, whichever is later. As allowed by EU law, this right doesn't apply to personalized items, digital products, or sealed hygiene products (such as liquids) that have been opened.

We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and 40+ countries across Europe. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Processing

Orders placed by 1:30 PM Arizona time, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Shipping options

You'll see exact rates and delivery options at checkout, based on your address and cart. We ship with DHL, FedEx, and other trusted international carriers.

Economy options are cheaper but slower. Allow up to 20 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping, and you pay them, usually when the package arrives. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

You're responsible for knowing your country's import rules for our products before you order.

Returned, refused, or seized packages

If a package comes back to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or rejected by customs, we can reship it at your cost. Or we can refund the products once they're back with us in original condition. Shipping charges aren't refunded. Packages seized or destroyed by customs can't be refunded.

P.O. boxes

We can't ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a street address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once your package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery, or packages marked delivered to the address you provided, so please double-check it at checkout. If something goes wrong, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Our products are exclusively designed for professional use and should only be purchased by licensed estheticians or cosmetologists. Please check with your state licensing board to confirm requirements in your area. All products available on this website are intended for professionals only. Improper application can lead to harm.
