I received these in my order as a freebie and they are amazing. I had tried another brand of this type of eye pad and it was too strong. Mega lash eye pads are perfect they hold , stay in place without pulling the clients skin at removal. I’m so glad I tried these.

We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Mega Lash Academy. We think you'll love it too, however, we know things aren't always meant to be.
We gladly accept returns on products that is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please make sure you still have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be unused, undamaged and packaged in the original boxes (if applicable) in order to ensure a credit refund. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
- Liquid products, including cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, etc. are non-returnable.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased during a promotion, e.g, Doorbusters, BOGO and/or Not Up To Par Sale. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Center to get a RMA number. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser, any shipping cost and shipping insurance (Package Protection) associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchased value.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment card. The refund amount of gift card purchases will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be emailed to the customer who placed the order. For orders paid with both a gift card and credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited to a gift card.
Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.
Once we receive and have inspected the item, we’ll notify you via email the approval or rejection of your return.
As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your earliest convenience by placing an order now so it ships ASAP, or you can wait until we've processed your refund.
