Our Brown Camellia 5D Rapid Promade Fans are designed for lash artists who want to create soft, dimensional lash sets with a more natural finish. These handcrafted premade fans feature three staggered lash lengths within each fan, allowing you to build wispy texture and depth while maintaining speed and consistency during application.
Unlike traditional volume fans where all lashes are the same length, Camellia fans are designed with multiple lengths blended into every fan. This layered structure mimics the natural growth pattern of real lashes, helping create a softer, more dimensional lash set that moves naturally across the lash line.
The rich brown tone offers a beautiful alternative to black lashes, making these fans especially popular for clients who want a softer look. Brown lashes photograph beautifully, enhance lighter complexions, and are ideal for natural lash sets where a bold black lash line may feel too heavy.
Because the variation in length is already built into each fan, lash artists can achieve textured, wispy styles without needing to switch between multiple trays. Every fan placed instantly adds dimension and movement to the set.
Understanding Camellia Lengths
Camellia trays are not mixed trays. Each tray is labeled with the longest length in the fan, but every individual fan contains three staggered lash lengths within the fan itself.
For example, if you select 9–11–13mm, each fan includes lashes in 9mm, 11mm, and 13mm. The strip is labeled 13mm because that is the longest length in the fan and helps guide lash mapping.
Once applied, the different lengths blend together to create the soft, wispy texture that Camellia lashes are known for.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get your lash supplies without delay. Orders placed before 2 PM (ET), Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM (ET) will ship on the next business day.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During holidays, promotional events, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed, as weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unexpected factors may affect transit times.
All orders come with Package Protection, unless deselect by customer prior or during checkout. If you choose to not protect your order with Package Protection, Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
In rare cases, orders may be flagged for additional verification. Orders valued over $700 may require ID verification before shipment. If verification is required, our team will contact you within 1 business day. If the requested verification is not received within 5 days, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method. Mega Lash Academy reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be verified.
Delivery Times
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes up to 1 business day to process your order, after which we will ship your package. We may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience delays. Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Note: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. Package Protection (Powered by Re:do)
Package Protection is automatically added at checkout to help protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during transit. The fee is based on order value and can be removed before checkout if you prefer.
If Package Protection is not selected, Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
PackageProtection is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after an order has shipped.
Claims may be denied in cases of suspected fraud or if delivery confirmation (GPS or photo) shows the package was delivered to the address provided.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 3% cancellation fee
• Orders canceled after shipment must follow our Return Policy
• Orders refused at delivery may incur cancellation and return fees
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your lash supplies to you ASAP!
However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to sender. We understand that that means your lash supplies will arrive to you very late and not in time when you need them. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping, insurance premium (if any) and a 15% processing fee.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address when placing your order.
Unprotected Packages
Once a package shows delivery confirmation to the address provided, Mega Lash Academy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If Package Protection was not purchased, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Packages will not be reshipped or refunded if they are marked delivered and Package Protection was not selected.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please review our International Shipping page for additional information regarding customs duties, taxes, and delivery policies.
We take great pride in the products we create at Mega Lash Academy and truly hope you love them as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things do not work out.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Eligible items may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging (if applicable)
• In the same condition as received
Once your return request is approved, the items must be shipped back within 10 days. Our inventory moves quickly to support lash artists who rely on timely restocks, so returning items promptly helps us keep products available for everyone.
Mega Lash Academy reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items do not meet the conditions above.
If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund and the product was sent back to our warehouse regardless (item was used, promade lash strips sizes got mixed up or missing, etc.), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you. Otherwise, your item will be discarded or donated. If you're unsure of the quality of your return, please reach out to our team to confirm at support@megalashacademy.com
Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with our policies.
Package Protection & Return Coverage (Re:do Checkout+)
We partner with Re:do to offer an easier return and exchange experience.
If Re:do is included on your order, you will have access to a simple return portal with included return shipping and faster processing.
If you opt out of Re:do during checkout, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and returns will follow our standard policy.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Liquid products including cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, and similar items
• Sale items or products discounted before a promo code is applied, including: wholesale items, doorbusters, BOGO promotions, Clearance items, Not Up To Par items
These purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please note that original shipping fees and shipping insurance (Package Protection) are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Process

Returns requested due to change of mind or reasons unrelated to a product defect will incur a 10% restocking fee based on the purchase value.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method:
• Credit or debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card
• Gift card purchases will be refunded to a new gift card sent via email
• If an order was paid using both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to a gift card
Our products are exclusively designed for professional use and should only be purchased by licensed estheticians or cosmetologists.
