  • Customization Options: Choose the bottle color and label to perfectly match your brand's aesthetic.
  • Add-On Options:
    • Prolong Lash Cleanser Concentrate.
    • Different Material Sticker Labels.

  • Digital proof is available upon request.

Note: Our labels default to listing Prolong cleanser ingredients. If you prefer not to include this information, please make a special note in the provided text field.

Production Time

Our custom orders are made just for you, so we put a lot of love and attention into creating each item. After you place your order, please allow us 3 to 7 business days to create and ship your order.

Instructions

  1. Select Bottle Color: Pick your preferred bottle color.
  2. Select Your Label Template: Choose a label template from our options. Note: We cannot guarantee the print quality if you submit your own label template.
  3. Branding: Provide your business name or logo image (PNG, JPG, PDF). We will add the name/logo onto the template as is. If you would like a digital proof, please request one in the notes section.
  4. Submit Your Order: Get ready to see them in your salon.
Shipping Information

🚚 Free U.S. shipping on orders $125+ (standard shipping, before taxes and fees, after discounts)

⏰ Order by 1:30 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday, and it usually ships the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

📦 Delivery times (after your order ships):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

UPS doesn’t deliver on weekends or holidays, or to P.O. Boxes.

⚠️ Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays can slow things down, and we can’t refund shipping if the carrier is late.

🛡️ Checkout+ (by Re:do) covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages, plus free returns and exchanges. It’s added at checkout, and you can remove it. Without it, any claim goes to the carrier directly.

🌎 International orders may have customs fees, which the buyer pays.

Return & Exchange

↩️ 14-day returns. Request a return within 14 days of delivery, then ship it back within 10 days of approval.

✅ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all lash strips in place.

🚫 Final sale: liquids (adhesives, cleansers, primers, bonders, removers), sale items, personalized or engraved items, subscriptions, gift cards, and digital products.

📦 Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number and we'll make it right.

💸 Refunds to your original payment have a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges and store credit have no fee.
