Clear Vibe is a high-performance adhesive that ensures a long-lasting bond and is great for lash artists of all experience levels. It is free of carbon black to reduce the likelihood of skin sensitivities, and has a transparent formula that creates a seamless bond for beautiful, colorful sets that offer up to 8 weeks of long-lasting retention.

We recommend the subscription for customers that are regularly using the particular adhesive and are familiar with its drying time and required room conditions. If you have not used the adhesive before, we strongly recommend to try a one-time purchase, prior to subscribing.

Subscriptions are set for a minimum of 2 complete deliveries before you are able to cancel. After your second shipment, you may cancel at any time.

If you don’t want to renew a subscription or change your subscription (whether it is a product or delivery duration) you can change or cancel it within your Autoship Portal Page, the link is included in your Autoship order confirmation email.

You can change or cancel your subscription up to 48 hours before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to change/cancel your subscription, which means that the amendments to your subscription or cancellation notice will fall for the following delivery period.

What is an Autoship subscription?

Autoship subscriptions are a great way to make sure you always have your favorite Mega Lash Academy products on hand. When you sign up for Autoship subscription, your glue will be delivered to you every 4, 6 or 8 weeks so you never run out of it and don’t have to worry about being out of stock or having to cancel your clients.

How will I be charged each delivery?

You will be charged by the payment method that you used when placing your first order for the subscription. The frequency of payments is calculated from the date of placing the initial order and happens every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on the chosen subscription type. 

Will I be charged for shipping with every order?

Yes, shipping will be calculated and charged on any order with value less than $150.

How do I make changes to my Autoship subscriptions?

You can update your subscription preferences anytime, in any of the following ways:
Prior to checkout, you can update your delivery cadence and quantity preferences on the specific product page or in your cart. Once you've begun an Autoship subscription, you can update preferences, such as delivery cadence, product quantity, swap product and more. These changes can be made in your Autoship Portal, located in your initial subscription conformation email from us.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your upcoming Autoship parcel, with a timeframe in which you can make updates to your order.

What happens if my address changes?

Make sure to update your shipping address in the Autoship Portal before your next shipment. Select Update shipping address under Manage subscription.

Can I change my glue in the subscription or the delivery date?

Of course, to change the glue within your subscription or the delivery date by visit your Autoship Portal Page. You can change your subscription up to 48 hours before your direct debit set date. After that time, we’re unable to amend your subscription, which means that any amendments will take effect for the following delivery period.

Can I redeem a promotion code on my Autoship subscription order?

At this time, promotion codes cannot be applied to Autoship orders.

Can I add items that are not part of my Autoship subscriptions to my upcoming shipment?

Yes! You can add one-off items to your upcoming shipment. For the fastest, easiest access to your upcoming subscriptions, head to your Autoship Portal.

- Be sure to shake your adhesive vigorously for 45 - 90 seconds each time you use it.
- Dip to 2-3 mm of lash base in adhesive and apply to isolated lash, 0.5-1 mm away from the skin, along the Lash line.
- Replace the adhesive drop when there's a change in its consistency (approximately after 15-20 minutes).
- Always do lash extensions in a well-ventilated room.
- Make sure clients' eyes are tightly closed throughout the application process.

The lower your humidity, the slower your adhesive cures.

Our adhesives have a max life span of 6 months from their manufacturing dates. Once opened, you have up to 6 weeks to use the glue. Typically with a 5ml bottle of lash adhesive, you can do about 100 classic sets. We recommend writing the date of when you opened it so you always remember.

Always keep the adhesive top clean throughout the application process using a disposable glue wipes - this will prevent any clogging. Ensure lid is clean and on tight after each use. *Do not use natural fibers, such as Q-tips, they will get stuck and will produce heat or even a fire.

Store your glue at room temperature (68-72°F) in a cool, dark place, away from humidity and direct sunlight. This helps with the consistency of the adhesive.

You could also store your glue in an airtight container. Some lash techs store their glues in a box with rice, as rice absorbs any potential moisture in the air.

Tip: Always have a fresh back up bottle ready to go in case of an emergency, nobody wants to get caught in the middle of an appointment with no glue on hand.

I’ve tried so many adhesives in the past many were great but my lash room temp and humidity are hard to regulate with this adhesive I don’t have to worry do to it wide range! It’s the bee knees! Most of my clients have gone from 2 weeks to three weeks for fills!

Easy Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order submitted. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 6% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Shipping Multiple Addresses

If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.

Delivery Confirmation 

Mega Lash Academy cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Wrong/Incomplete Address Policy 

We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your lash supplies to you ASAP!

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. We understand that that means your lash supplies will arrive to you very late and not in time when you need them. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping, insurance premium (if any) and a 15% penalty.

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.

What is Shipping Protection?

Adding Shipping Protection to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise. By purchasing Shipping Protection, we will reship your order free of charge in the event of damage, loss, or delivered by the carrier, but not received. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund.

What we deem as lost:

  • Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
  • Orders over $150 required a police report.

What we deem as damaged:

  • Items arrive damaged in transit – package, lash box(es) is wet, stained, torn, etc.
  • Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening during transit. 

Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.

What we do not cover:

  • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
  • Delays in transit.
  • Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees, and these will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition.


    We ask that you do not get in touch with us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.

    We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to us at our expense.

    What happens after your claim has been submitted:

    • After your claim has been submitted, please allow us up to 7 business days to work on your claim.
    • Once your claim has been approved, we will send you a replacement if available, or issue you a refund back to the method of payment on file.

    Our Policy for unprotected packages:

    If Shipping Protection is not purchased, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for the lost, stolen, or damaged package. Please use the resources below to file a claim with the carrier in the event that the package has been lost in transit & Shipping Protection was not purchased:

    Packages will not be reshipped, nor refunds given in the event that packages are lost, stolen, or shown delivered, but not received by the customers, and no insurance was purchased.

    We reserve the right to classify your package as delayed if there are known delays in your area.

    Shipping Protection does not cover packages that has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location.

    We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud, and/or abuse.

    Shipping protection is non-refundable. Shipping protection can not be canceled after an order has shipped.


      We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Mega Lash Academy. We think you'll love it too, however, we know things aren't always meant to be. 

      We gladly accept returns on products that is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date. 

      Please make sure you still have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be unused, undamaged and packaged in the original boxes (if applicable) in order to ensure a credit refund. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy. 

      • Liquid products, including cleansers, adhesives, bonders, primers, etc. are non-returnable.
      • We do not accept returns on items purchased during a promotion, e.g, Doorbusters, BOGO and/or Not Up To Par Sale. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

      To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Center to get a RMA number. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. 

      Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser, any shipping cost and shipping insurance (Package Protection) associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

      For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchased value.

      Please allow up to 7 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment card. The refund amount of gift card purchases will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be emailed to the customer who placed the order. For orders paid with both a gift card and credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited to a gift card.

      Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. Mega Lash Academy is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.

      Once we receive and have inspected the item, we’ll notify you via email the approval or rejection of your return. If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund and the product was sent back to our warehouse regardless, we will have no way to reship the product back to you and it will be considered a loss.       As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s).
